The World's Dresser is owned and operated by Pamela, a certified makeup
artist in Hampton Roads, Virginia. TWD specializes in the following types of makeup styles:

Services are available on location throughout the Hampton Roads/Tidewater area. I
also provide services throughout the country and around the world for an additional travel fee.
A note for photographers...

Info for consultations:
- Please be advised that I will need to know any skin ailments or allergies of any persons that my assistants or I
will be working on.
- Bring the address of the weding location to the consultation. This will give me an opportunity to visit the site and get
an idea of the various types of lighting you will be under.
- Bring swatches/samples/pictures of your fabric so that I can develop a color palette that perfectly compliments you.
Info for makeup events or group demonstrations:
- For all events, I will show up 45 minute before the agreed upon "start time" to set up my workstation.
- For weddings, my services include the initial makeup application as well as 2 hours of standby services for touchups
throughout the event and picture taking. Beyond that time period, there is an additional fee of $35 per hour.
